Welcome to Penn Valley Park
In 1893, Penn Valley seemed intended by nature for park purposes. Today the great diversity of land provides a rugged, picturesque park with provisions for all forms of play and recreation. Located on the southern edge of downtown next to Union Station, the park is home to Liberty Memorial, a National Historic Landmark, and The Scout, the city’s most iconic piece of art.
